Udupi: Student injured in car-truck collision, hospitalised

Udupi, Aug 4: In an accident that occurred on Wednesday August 3 night, a girl student studying at Manipal suffered injuries as a truck collided with the car which she was driving at Santhekatte junction.

The girl, a student of MIT Manipal, received injuries to her head but is said to be out of danger. She was rushed to a hospital in Manipal by social worker Eshwar Malpe and friends.

City police have registered a case in this connection.
