Bantwal: Independence Day celebrated at Sri Rama Vidya Kendra

Bantwal, Aug 15: The 75th anniversary of India’s independence was celebrated at Sri Rama Kendra Kalladka by the students of the Kendra at their playground.

Nitilaksha temple management committee president A Subrahmanya Bhat hoisted the national flag.

Uma Shiva temple seva Samithi president Rakodi Ishwar Bhat, entrepreneur Ullas, Akshay motors assistant general manager Jaikishan, Ramakrishna credit cooperative society manager Chandrahas Shetty Pilinja, Dr Kamala Bhat, convener Vasanth Madhava, co convener Ramesh N, management committee members, development committee members, divisional heads, parents of students, teaching and non-teaching staff, students and senior students were present.

Cultural programme in various divisions were held after the flag hoisting.
