It is always a pleasure to learn that a new Parish has been established for the benefit of Catholics residing in Permude in the vicinity of Kasargod. Establishing a new Parish is not a simple task, but so long as all the legalities are finalized and the Church in the name of St. Lawrence has been established, it is the beginning of a new history for the Diocese of Mangalore for a new church close to the border of Kerala.

Let the people of the new Parish benefit from the new church. Let the people enjoy all the enthusiasm in establishing a new parish under a totally new administration so that people can join their hands and help to establish a new Parish by being Catholics together and pray together.

Thank you, Bishop Aloysius, for all your good work that will help so many hundreds of Catholics in St. Lawrence Church at Permude so that they can earn all the religious benefits under the new Parish named after St. Lawrence.
