Know & Love Yourself First

November 30, 2020

Self love is the best relationship which starts & ends with You.

Self love is very important for everyone, we tend to love everybody but do we love ourself? I know it's a new concept for many of you & nobody taught you to love yourself, that's the problem. But ask this question to yourself now.. Most of you may be in a dilemma whether I love myself or not.

We try to love and care for everyone around us, but we forget to love ourself. We never give & spend time with ourself. We are busy behind making all others happy. But are you happy? The answer is No, because when we are trying to make others happy, we forget ourself, our happiness..

Do you know yourself? Most of you don't know about yourself. Question yourself today : who am I, when I spent time with myself, when I appreciated myself, when I laughed out loud, when I celebrated my success, when I praised myself, when I spoke to myself.

We are keenly interested in making others happy, celebrating their success, praising others, enjoying with others, buttering others, talking with others .... Did you ever do these to yourself? You may be guilty now, but still some of you may not love yourself because you don't know how to love yourself..

I will tell you how to love yourself, firstly spend at least 10 minutes with yourself alone in your room. Talk to yourself about how was my day today, what I learnt today, memorise all the happy & sorrowful moments of today, praise yourself for helping someone, praise yourself for spending a whole day with yourself. Appreciate and enjoy the moment that now you are loving yourself. Practise this daily for 1 month, within a month you will love yourself more than anyone, you can notify the changes within yourself.

Till these many years even I didn't love myself, but Lord Krishna in his Krishnvani spoke about self love, that time, that moment opened my eyes and I asked questions to myself. I didn't know myself properly and how I can understand my parents, family, friends and others. I don't love myself then how can I love my parents, family, friends and others. I felt it's very silly that I didn't love myself these many years, I was behind loving all others except myself. Now I realised my mistake, it's been a month now that I am loving myself and spending more time with myself.

Loving yourself is the best thing that you can do in your life. When you love yourself, you will automatically love everyone and everything around you. So at least from now start understanding and love yourself more… Self love will never hurt you, because it starts with you and ends with you.

You will find a change in you when you will start loving and questioning yourself, that change is really good.. It's fabulous.. Your soul needs your love, your care, your appreciation first. Others are outsiders; they don't know your life better as you know. Only you know yourself more than anyone. Even your parents don't know everything about you.. It's a fact. So from today start loving yourself and care for yourself..

Self love is the best and pure love…

Well written. True that only if you have love you can give it to others but it should be self less love and how by forgiving others and forgiving self.

And with self less love or unconditional love ordinary people have become saints or populace still remember them or esteem them high. Also,

God The Father on self love leads to self destruction, gives the example of accentuating racism, violence and lives of policemen in the west in a message to Maureen dated September 24, 2020

    Public

Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says: "Children, pray for the wisdom to see the reality of your choices. Violence and rioting, the taking of other lives, nets you only God's Wrath. Accentuating racism does not alleviate prejudice, it only creates bigger barriers between races. The lives of one race are not the only lives that matter. For example, how about the lives of policemen? They matter too. If you stand against law and order, you jeopardize yourself, your freedoms, your goals to live in peace unharmed by others."

"Let your sanctuary be in the United Hearts of Jesus and Mary and in My Divine Will. You cannot create a heaven on earth by living only in self-love. This type of thinking leads only to self-destruction. It does not lead to eternal salvation. Eternal salvation is wrought in pleasing Me through your obedience to My Commandments. This needs to be your goal and your priority. Seek your refuge - your sanctuary - in this Truth."
