God has blessed us especially with teachers. They are the ones who create a great country and a better planet. We learn from an instructor that a pen is more valuable than a sword. They are highly regarded in society since they raise people's quality of living. They serve as the foundation of society, educating individuals and transforming them into better people.
Since the dawn of time, teachers have received praise for their unselfish devotion all over the world. They have been regarded as the founders of a country. From the age of five or six until they are between 18 and 20 years old, they look after children. As is often said, a child's formative years shape the type of person he or she will become as an adult, and teachers play a major role in this.
As the ideal teacher is accountable for the development of the pupils, teachers are crucial to our lives. Teachers are crucial in laying a solid foundation of fundamental information, not just for academic courses but also for life. When we need to make critical decisions or complete other vital activities in life, most of what we learn in school/college comes in handy. Even outside of the classroom, a competent teacher can serve as your mentor, mentoring you through every aspect of life.
From a time when professors rated students based on their performance to the present, when students are requested to complete survey forms to review teachers, the educational landscape has undergone a significant transition. As long as it is beneficial and advances both teachers and pupils, this is good. Contrarily, this system has been endangering teachers' employment security notwithstanding their own faults. It is unfortunate that a teacher would likely be fired if they fail to win over the students' and their parents' approval. In the hands of the students and the administration, teachers have practically turned into puppets. Teachers' Day can end up being the only happy day in their lives in such a circumstance. Whatever the situation, it is important to acknowledge all teachers, and Teachers' Day would be the ideal day to do so.
