Recipes - Bread Cutlet

7 slices of bread
2 green chillies finely chopped
3 small pod galrlic chopped
1 big size potato boiled
1 cup coriander finely chopped
2 tsp. curd
2 to 3 tsp. lime juice
1 egg
Oil for frying

Soak bread for 10 to 15 minutes. Squeeze and drain all the water, smash potato very finely. Add all the above ingredients one by one.  Add salt accordingly.  Finally add one egg and mix well.  Keep in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes, mould it like cutlet, pat it round and fry it with little oil.  Delicious bread cutlet is ready. Serve it with green chutney.
