Bantwal: BJP Backed Candidates Win Majority Seats in Taluk APMC Elections

Bantwal, Apr 26: BJP backed candidates won 8 seats, while Congress backed candidates altogether won 4 posts at the taluk APMC elections.

While Bjp won 8 agriculturist’s category, Congress backed 3 agriculturist's category and one merchant's category. The taluk APMC elections that were held on Sunday April 24, while the counting was completed here at 11.00 am on Tuesday morning. 

Electioneering officer Ravichandra Nayak and assistant electioneering officer Kishore Kumar were present.

    BJP has been given a chance to rule
    with development and people will observe keenly in this regard irrespective of allegations by any
    corners. If there is result the same party will be voted to power otherwise be prepared to face voters. Pleasing community without
    development for vote bank will never yield chances in future.

    jatin, mlore agreed with you, but some of the congress support commentators might come back with reason stating that BJP won due to money power, alchohol and are also doing caste politics

    Good people of Karnataka are slowly realizing who are the frauds.
    See the educated people now realizing the what is Congress and its hidden agenda.Bantwal seems to have more intelligent people than Mangalore...
