Malabar Gold & Diamonds customer wins 1 kilo gold bumper prize at B'luru Gold Shopping Festival

Bengaluru, Nov 23: Malabar Gold and Diamonds, one of the largest gold and diamond retail chains in the country, held a grand function at its M G Road showroom on Wednesday, November 23 to hand over 1 kg gold to Santra Ijnatius, a Malabar Gold & Diamonds customer and the bumper first prize winner of the Bengaluru Gold Shopping Festival 2022 lucky draw organised by Jewellers Association Bengaluru (JAB).

Prashanth Mehta, president (JAB) and Filsor Babu, Karnataka regional head, gave away the prize to Santra Ijnatius, a customer of the Kammanahalli showroom which issued the lucky draw coupon.

Malabar Gold and Diamonds is one of the key participating jewellery retailers of the 36-day Bengaluru Gold Shopping Festival 2022 organised by JAB. More than 127 jewellers from Bengaluru took part in the festival. During the festival days held from September 26 to November 1, customers were given a lucky draw coupon on each purchase of Rs.5,000. These coupons were eligible for weekly lucky draws and the bumper lucky draw. Each weekly lucky draw gave away 800 gm gold and 30.800 gm silver to 450 winners. The bumper lucky draw offered 1kg gold to the first prize winner and 250 gm gold to the second prize winner as well as 45 prizes to other winners.

The total prize giveaway to customers in the festival amounts to 2.5 kg gold and 40 kg silver valued at Rs.1.50 crore.
