Kasargod: Infant dies as he falls into bucket filled with water

Kasargod, Dec 24: In a tragic incident, an eleven-month-old male fell into a bucket of water and died here. The unfortunate incident took place at Ambalathara Elane Mile on Saturday December 24.

The deceased is identified as Mohammed Resai, son of Abdul Jabbar.

The infant fell into the bucket filled with water kept on the veranda of the house. He was playing on the veranda and was missing when the mother returned from the kitchen. He was found in the bucket later.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital but his life could not be saved.
