Udupi: Malpe traffic police holds meeting with private bus agents

Udupi, Jun 17: Malpe traffic police organized a meeting with the private bus owners association and agents at Udupi police station on June 16.

The meeting was organized by Malpe traffic police over the use of shrill horns in buses, which is disturbing the public, and disrupting vehicle traffic by stopping the bus in places other than the bus stands. The police department strictly ordered the removal of shrill horns which disturbs the public and to stop the buses only at the bus stops.

The police said fines will be levied on offenders.

    In this areas you can stop a bus anywhere but for rickshaws you have to walk towards the rickshaw stand this is the logic
