Puttur, Jun 19: Sampya police arrested a man, who was behaving indecently in a public place at Devasya Biliyoorukatte.
The police arrested Aboobacker, as per the complaint made by the general public. When he was subjected to a medical test, it was proved that he had consumed ganja.
The incident occurred when the police were patrolling Balnadu village. A case is filed against Aboobacker for consuming ganja as well as creating public nuisance.
