Suggesting tahsildars and officers of forest department, Rao said, “Relax rules with regards to 94c applications. If the officers are willing rules can be relaxed. Forest and revenue officials should see the plight of poor people. Sort out as much applications as possible. If officials relax the rules, even supreme court will accept it.”

Speaker Khader was furious on the deputy director of animal husbandry director and questioned why there is no driver for the Pashu Sanjivini ambulance. Khader asked the officer the amount of money that is given by the government for maintaining every cow and also asked him how much is pending. But the officer did not have the figures with him. Khader said, “A district level officer does not have the calculation? You people loot the grants given. So no account of the same is kept? There is no one to question you? All is fine? Don’t you see whether the ambulance is run by the agency person or not? Do you pay him the bill without checking these facts? Give a comprehensive report to district in-charge minister about everything in your department. Discussion will be held in the assembly in this regard. Animals have equal rights as that of human beings to live.”
