Mangaluru: Biruver Kudla builds house for needy in philanthropic gesture

Mangaluru, Jun 25: Biruver Kudla Bajpe, a branch of Biruver Kudla, undertook another initiative to assist the underprivileged by constructing a house in Mundabettu, Mudu Perara, at a cost of Rs 12 lacs.

The house was built under the 'Maha Seva Yojane' program by Biruver Kudla.

On Sunday, June 25, the house was handed over to the Bangera family, headed by K Dayananda Bangera.

Dayananda Bangera's family faced financial instability, prompting Biruver Kudla Bajpe to construct a house for them.

The family consists of Dayananda, his wife, and their two daughters and one son.

The occasion was graced by the presence of Shri Rajashekarananda Swamiji, who blessed the event.

H S Sairam, president of Kudroli Gokarnanatha Kshetra, inaugurated the event, while MP and BJP state unit president Nalin Kumar Kateel handed over the key to the homeowner.

During the event, Rajashekarananda Swamiji and MP Nalin Kumar Kateel commended the extensive efforts of the Biruver Kudla team in their longstanding contribution to the welfare of the underprivileged.

MLA Vedavyas Kamath highlighted that Biruver Kudla is dedicated to upholding the principles of Narayana Guru in their service to the poor. The team of Biruver Kudla works towards social welfare, embracing people from all castes.

A felicitation ceremony was held to honor the individuals who worked tirelessly for the construction of the house.

Dinesh Suvarna Rayee conducted the program.

Among the dignitaries present at the occasion were Uday Poojary Ballalbagh, founder president of Biruver Kudla; Urmila Ramesh Kumar, vice president of Kudroli Temple; Prashanth Kumar, president of Biruver Kudla Bajpe Unit; Kenjaru Kana; MLA Umanath Kotian; MLA Dr Y Bharath Shetty; Vivek Raj Poojary, chairman of Panama Corporation Limited; MLA Vedavyas Kamath; Rakesh Poojary, president of Biruver Kudla, Ballalbagh; Shivaram Kotian from Kateel Constructions; advocate Chandrashekar M Amin; Amitha Shetty, president of Paduperara Gram Panchayat and others.

    Good job.I request Biruver kudla to plant trees along roadside wherever possible from janatha delux to Alake More shop. There is no shade at all in that stretch of the road.
