Mangalore, Jul 31: The 16th Foundation day celebration of Corporation Bank retired officers’ association (CBROA) was held recently at CBOO centre Kodialbail.
Speaking on the occasion chief guest and Dean of A. J. Institute of Medical Science Dr Ramesh Pai explained common ailments faced by senior citizens and precautions to be followed to reduce or eliminating them.
President of CBOO and guest of honour at the programme D N Prakash spoke about the developments in the Corporation Bank and issues regarding the pension.
President of CBROA of K A Shenoy briefed about the activities of the association and two octogenarians were honoured by the association. General Secretary of CBROA M P Bhat welcomed the gathering and vice president of CBROA C S Rao proposed the vote of thanks.
