I will be CM Again in Six Months: Yeddyurappa

Bangalore, Aug 2: Caretaker chief minister of Karnataka Yeddyurappa openly announced in Bangalore on Tuesday August 2 that he would be back as chief minister of the state in six months.

Yeddyurappa on Tuesday organised a tea party for IAS officers who have been part of the state government. He was seen in a good mood, relaxed throughout the party. He mixed with the officers, cracked jokes, and thanked them for their support.

At the same time, he did not forget to assure them that he would be back in six months, once he is cleared of all the charges.

Political pundits say that this could be the reason why Yeddyurappa has been backing Sadanada Gowda for the CM's post. Being close to him, Gowda would agree to step down from the post whenever Yeddyurappa is ready again to take over the mantle.

Political activities have intensified in the state BJP circles with high command representatives Rajnath Singh and Arun Jaitley already landing in Bangalore.

    The biggest fool of Karanataka political history.If he can come back as CM then Raja can be minister again.I really do not understand why the BJP people are fooling the voters.Who has given the right to Eddy to choose Gowda as CM.There should be a secret ballot to elect a CM.

    Yeddi is entitled to DAY DREAMS.
    In 6 months there will be only Elections & PEOPLE will decide whether they want him or reject his party itself.
    I don't know whether any party would like to have him or associate with him in future.
    GOD only will decide the final outcome.

    Dreaming is good but it is unlikely to materialize because we are living in Karnataka not in Tamil Nadu.Perhaps Eddy forgot that he is representing national political party BJP.It might be true on the part of regional party like AIDMK in which then CM of TN,Jaylalitha made a makeshift CM PANEER SELVAM.The way he predicting for himself makes us to think that he may leave BJP gradually.......

    This fellow does not seem to give up. We know you are very hungry for power. But your party members will not reinstate you into power. Mind it. You may start new party Karnataka Janata Paksha and struggle for another 40 years to bring the party into power, atleast your son/grandson will be CM by then :-)
