Sad to note the demise of sri. Pandarinath Kamath. Lack of meaningful activities and resultant loneliness, post retirement, is becoming a serious social problem. There is a need for Service organisations and Citizen groups to come forward to organise regular/informal and affordable recreation groups, reading rooms/libraries/ outings to interesting places, for the elderly/senior citizens .
