Mangaluru: Two mesmerizing insightful books of poems written by Annete Lobo Menezes released

Mangaluru, Sep 4: ‘World through My Glasses’, an elegant insightful book with presentation of hundred poems by the Emily Dickinson Award winning poet Annette Lobo Menezes was released by the multidimensional talented celebrity author Giselle Mehta at the Ladies Club recently.

"Annette is an energetic multitasking talented poet who delves into lots of creative fields,” says Jerardin D'Souza, founder, Mangalore Alzheimer’s Association.

"One of a Kind’, a book of thirty poems, showcasing a mother's tribulations, anxieties and joys was another book written by Annette Lobo Menezes and dedicated to her mother Cecelia Lobo.

This book was released by the much loved Corrine Rasquinha, the guardian angel of White Doves. 

Lots of appreciation came pouring in to the star poet Annette, from various quarters. She has written a published biography of her father, philanthropist S L Lobo among many other works.

She is in the process of writing a book reflecting the challenges of dementia with insights from Jerardin D'Souza.

Family and friends who gathered for the book release, appreciated and congratulated Annette for showcasing her literary talents.
