Daijiworld Media Network – Puttur (MS)

Puttur, Sep 12: A KSRTC bus, the driver of which lost the control of the vehicle, slipped into roadside ditch at Surve near Savanoor in the taluk.

A pipe was fixed after removing the roadside mud under Jaljeevan scheme. As it rained, the soil became soft. The bus was moving from Panja from Puttur via Savanoor.

The bus driver moved a little away from the road in order to give way to the car that was approaching from the opposite end.

As the soil was soft, the wheels got stuck in the mud and the vehicle got tilted.
