Mangalore, Aug 20: Dakshina Kannada district Congress president, B Ramanath Rai, through a release, has appointed 11 spokespersons to the district committee of the party.

They are, Vijay Kumar Shetty, Ivan D’Souza, Harikrishna Bantwal, Ahswini Kumar Rai, Bharat Mundody, Sampat Samrajya Moodbidri, Mamatha D S Gatti, M S Mohammed, K S Devaraj Sullia, Shahul Hamid Beltangady and Dharanendra Kumar Beltangady.
