Mangalore: Mass Support for Anna Hazare’s Struggle in Suratkal

Mangalore, Aug 26: Under the aegis of Rastrabhakta Vedike and Govindadas College, a road blockade was held on NH 66 near NIT-K, Suratkal, for half-an-hour on Thursday August 25, in support of Anna Hazare’s ongoing struggle to urge the union government to table Jan Lokpal Bill in Parliament.


The shops in Suratkal town were closed for an hour in support of Anna Hazare.

A large number of students and the general public participated in this peaceful protest.

    This is a good move. This type of protests shall be launched all over Ind1a in a peaceful manner. Otherwise these corrupt politicians will sell India to Switzerland...!!!????
