Bangalore: Justice Vikramjit Sen Sworn in as Karnataka HC Judge

Bangalore, Sep 12: Justice Vikramjit Sen was sworn in as the senior-most judge of Karntaka High Court on Monday.

The outgoing Chief Justice of the High Court, Justice J S Khehar, who has been elevated as the Supreme Court judge, administered the oath of office to the new judge.

The 61-year-old Justice Sen, who was born on December 31, 1950, has practised in all courts in Delhi and has handled civil, arbitration and commercial disputes and has a special interest in minority rights.

Justice Sen was appointed Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on July 7, 1999 and became a permanent judge on October 30, 2000.

Later, Justice Kehar was accorded a warm farewell by the Bar Council on his elevation as a judge of the Supreme Court.

Justice Khehar became the Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court in August 2010.

    We, the indian citizen should expect common uniform laws wherever applicable. State Governments - head and relevant representatives, should put their valued thoughts together and come to a consensus to enforce common laws of the nation. TRUTH & JUSTICE should prevail in courts, irrespective of lower/higher courts.Case Study:-O.S.341/2004: Partition Suit. 32 plots laid in a layout of one acre and 20 guntas. Self, senior citizen and ex-serviceman only made a party into the partition suit, while the owners of rest 30 plots left out since they were locals. Please note Self, once came forward to join the indian army, corps of signals to sacrifice my life for the nation in protecting the nation from external threats, Besides in a small family, my elder brother served the Indian Navy, an ex-serviceman besides my father also an ex-serviceman, receipient of Long Service and Good Conduct Medal in Indian Army. The intruders(accused)into my legally possessed land, encroached and pulled out the fencing of barbed wires which was connected to erected stone pillars around the boundary of my land after 21 years of purchase, as land grabbing. Accused and others encouraged Please view and instill justice considering indian judiciary to retain its sanctity in the eyes of the common people.
