Mangalore: Immunization Camp for Haj Pilgrims in City

Mangalore, Sep 19:
An immunization camp was organized for Haj pilgrims of the district at Yenepoya Hospital here on Sunday September 18.
 
The pilgrims who will soon head for the Islamic holy land in Saudi Arabia via direct flights to Jeddah from the city were vaccinated for meningitis.

More than 600 pilgrims were vaccinated during the day-long camp.
 
Among those present were DK District Wakf Board president Usman Haji, community leaders Haji SM Rasheed, Haneef Haji, and Rashid Vitla.
