Udupi: Youth Front of Ucchila Sponsors Nuptials of Two Couples

Udupi, Sep 19: The Youth Front of Ucchila organized a community wedding for two couples at Kaup–Koppalangady community hall here on Sunday September 18.
 
Kaup MLA Lalaji R Mendon, Rajya Sabha member Oscar Fernandes, former state minister Vasant V Salian, JD(S) district president Deviprasad Shetty, Yellur gram panchayat president Yashwant Shetty, and Ucchila gram panchayat president Chandrashekar Kotian were the chief guests on the occasion.



KPCC chief secretary M A Gafoor presided over the programme. Mohammed Azar Fauzi Bollur, T S Budan Pasha, Zafrulla Khan, Abdul Rehman Madani Muloor, Abdul Razak Darimi Yermal, Mohammed Hanif Madani Ucchila, Khader Addu, Shaban Addu, I M Kolavoor, A K Suleiman, Mehal Mehta, and Ganesh Acharya were present.
 
Youth Front honorary president Dheeraj Hussein, Farooq G M, Sadiq Addu, M P Moidinabba, Abdul Razak, and Rahim Kunjoor organized these nuptials.
 
Dr Gangadar Shetty, Haji Hameed Musliar, and Husainar Ismail were felicitated during the programme.
 
The couples were each presented with jewellery amounting to eight sovereigns of gold, wedding dresses, and their wedding expenses were borne by the organization.
