Mangalore, Oct 4: The 'Rajyotsva Prashasthi' given by 'Pingara' kannada news paper on the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava will be conferred on November 15 at at Town Hall, here.

Applications are being invited from elgible people and organizations from Karnataka coastal origin who have made fame with local, district, state, national or international achievements.

Applications should reach 'Pingara' office on or before October 20.
