Mangalore: Free Medical Check Up Camp Held at Bikarnakatte

Mangalore, Oct 19: Lions club, Cordel and Lioness club together organized a free medical camp for general public recently at Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat Higher Primary School, Bikarnakatte, here.

Region chairperson MJF Lion Famida Ibrahim and zone chairperson PMJF Lion Sadashiva Kini inaugurated this camp, along with the president of Lions club, Cordel and president of Lioness club, Mangalore.


Doctors from KMC, along with their team extended support in bringing up this camp.

Almost 136 delegates with various health issues attended this camp and most of them were middle aged. The intention of this camp was to make people aware of the need for routine check up of health.
