Karwar: Cylinder Blast in Murdeshwar - Two Injured

Karwar, Oct 22: A blast that took place in one house got the roof crashing down thus destroying the entire house along with the neighbour’s house in Sonarkeri, Murdeshwar, here.

It is learnt that two persons by name Jyothi (45), Umesh Narshimha (40) have been injured and were immediately rushed to RNS hospital in Murdeshwar, here. Umesh was later on shifted to a hospital in Manipal.

Due to the intensity of the blast, other people who were in the house also have minor injuries.

The house people said that it was more likely a cylinder blast. However, a case has been registered at the Murdeshwar police station.
