Udupi, Jun 11: Yashpal Suvarna, MLA of Udupi Assembly visited Kadiyali, Santhekatte, Kalsanka and Padigara wards of Udupi municipal council on June 11.
He instructed the highway authority officials, to repair the roads and install adequate road lights and signboards for smooth vehicular movement on Santhekatte service road and national highway.
Further, he instructed the officials to take proper steps to ensure smooth flow of water in the drains and prevent water logging during the monsoon across the district.
Geetha D Shet, member of Udupi municipal council, Prabhakar Poojary, Manjula Nayak, Umesh Shetty Santekatte, Nagaraj Kundar, President of Kallianpur gram panchayat, highway authority officials and other members were present.
