Kadaba: Cricketer Mayank Agarwal performs Sarpa Samskara ritual at Kukke temple

Kadaba, Jun 12: Cricketer Mayank Agarwal commenced the Sarpa Samskara ritual at Kukke Sri Subrahmanya Temple on Tuesday June 11.

He arrived at the pilgrimage site on Monday night with his wife Ashita Sood and stayed at a private hotel. At the hotel, they were welcomed with a traditional Aarti and tilak ceremony.

On Wednesday, he will complete the Sarpa Samskara ritual after performing the Go Puja (cow worship), Brahmachari Aradhana (worship for celibates), and Naga Pratishthe (installation of the serpent deity).

On Tuesday night, Mayank Agarwal visited the Kollur Sri Mookambika Temple and the Maranakatte Sri Brahmalingeshwara Temple to offer special prayers.
