Udupi, Oct 29: Brahmavar Sports Club donated Rs 50,000 to state-level sports meet of primary and high school students’ that is underway at S M S Pre-University College sports ground, Brahmavar, near here, from Wednesday October 26 to Saturday October 29. It is being organized under the aegis of zilla panchayat public instructions department.
Dr Prakash Tolar, president, Brahmavar Sports Club, presented the cheque to S M S Pre-University College principal S Noronha on the occasion.
S M S Pre-University College vice-principal Srinivas Bhat, Joseph Suvares, Gregory D’Silva, Club members Chandrashekar Hegde, Dr Praveen Kumar Shetty, Madamakki Sasidar Shetty, Dr Kiran Kumar Shetty, Vijayanand Shetty, and Praveen Kumar were present.
