Mangalore: Fake Passport - Man Arrested at Bajpe Airport

Mangalore, Oct 29: The immigration officers have arrested a man who tried travelling to Dubai using a fake passport.

The arrested man has been identified as Umar Farooq(31) belonging to Bagamandala of Kodagu district. At the airport when the immigration officers were inspecting, suspicions were raised when they saw his passport. On detailed investigation it was confirmed that the passport was fake.

The officers revealed that Umar had contacted a fellow named Latif online and had deposited money into his account for fake passport. He had made all plans to go to Dubai for job using that passport but the officers caught him. It is said that previously once he had been to Dubai and returned using the fake passport.

A case has been registered at Bajpe police station.

    If one see the fake passport holders are from neighbouring Kerala state. Better stop them from using our airport and bringing a bad name to our airport...I agree with Aithappa Moolya/Dubai and his observation is right...

    ..before i open any article..i know before hand who might will be the culprit??
    better we leave away all of our jobs and try to educate these people how to live in this society.. let everybody take at least minimum five people in there life time.. otherwise no way we can live peacefully in this world!!!something we should for our next generation people!!
