New Delhi, Oct 30 (Agencies): Team Anna members Arvind Kejriwal, Prashant Bhushan and Kiran Bedi, facing attacks on various issues, will meet Anna Hazare in Ralegan Siddhi on Sunday.
They will apprise him about Saturday's deliberations at the core committee meeting which decided that there was no need for "dismantling" the team.
Hazare is currently observing a vow of silence.
Team Anna, after its core committee meeting on Saturday, threatened the UPA with Hisar-type campaigns in the five assembly elections next year if the Lokpal Bill was not passed in the winter session of Parliament.
The core committee turned the four-hour-long meeting - supposed to discuss a facelift for the movement - into a show of unity, ignoring the strong demand for dismantling itself from within its ranks.
Close Anna Hazare aide Arvind Kejriwal, who has been targeted recently by Swami Agnivesh, said, "The issue of dissolving the core committee was discussed, but the members unanimously decided against it."
Kejriwal was flanked by his other colleagues while making the announcement.
The meeting, attended by 20 of the 26 members, authorised Kejriwal, lawyer Prashant Bhushan and former IPS officer Kiran Bedi to brief Hazare on Sunday.
Bhushan will come face-to-face with Hazare for the first time after his Kashmir remarks, which Hazare had publicly criticised.
The core committee blamed the government for the recent attacks on its members.
"The government is misusing its machinery to divert the country's attention from the jan Lokpal Bill by tarnishing the image of core committee members," stated a resolution passed at the meeting.
Of the three major issues faced by Team Anna, the core committee dismissed Swami Agnivesh's allegation of diversion of funds to Kejriwal's Public Cause Research Foundation, saying the NGO had always worked as the secretariat for India Against Corruption.
The committee decided to treat lawyer Prashant Bhushan's remarks on seeking a plebiscite in Kashmir as a "closed chapter", stating that he had already made it clear that the remarks had nothing to do with the anti-corruption movement.
On the inflated travel bills of Kiran Bedi, which had pushed Team Anna on a back-foot, the committee said the matter was between Bedi and her hosts.
"We don't feel there was any corruption in it, but it is essentially between her (Bedi) and those who invited her, it does not involve the IAC," Kejriwal said.
