Udupi, Nov 2: The renovated cemetery of St Theresa of Child Jesus parish, Mukamar, was inaugurated on Tuesday November 1.
Theresa Noronha, wife of the late William Noronha, architect of Mukamar parish, inaugurated the renovated cemetery.
Mukamar parish priest Fr Victor D’Souza blessed the cemetery. Mudarangady parish priest Fr Leslie Dsa offered the Holy Mass in the altar laid at the cemetery, for the intentions of the donors and for the souls of people buried at the cemetery.
Fr Victor felicitated Theresa Noronha and Rocky D’Silva, who have donated the statue of Resurrected Jesus erected at the entrance of the cemetery in memory of the late William Noronha, Salvador, and Eliza D’Silva.
