Kasargod: Yakshagana Bombeyata Sangha Samaja Ratna Award to Scholar Eshwarayya

Kasargod, Nov 2: Eshwarayya Anantapura, veteran scholar and arts critic, was conferred with the P K Venugopal Memorial Samaja Ratna award by Gopalakrishna Yakshagana Bombeyata Sangha ® during the valedictory function of district convention of Shiva Brahman Sabh held at Gopalakrishna temple, Kutyala, recently.
Gopalakrishna Yakshagana Bombeyata Sangha honorary president and veteran lawyer A V Shanbagh presented the award to Eshwarayya Anantapura.
Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers (MCF) vice-president Prabhakar Rao, Subramanya, Joshi Kundapur, and Geetadevi were the chief guests present on the occasion.
Rajyotsav Award recipient KV Ramesh, people’s representatives Sujnani Shanbagh, Prabhashankar A, and Anupama Chenakkodu were also felicitated by Shivar Brahman Sabha on the occasion.
