Mangalore: Teenage Girl Goes Missing After Leaving Home for Camp

Mangalore, Nov 2:
Alwyna Miranda, the 17-year-old daughter of Alphonse Miranda and Leena Miranda, residents of Nithyadhara Nivasa, Kumpala Krishnanagara 2nd Cross, Someshwara village, has been missing since the afternoon of Monday October 31.

Her mother Leena lodged a complaint at Ullal police station on Tuesday November 1 and investigation is on.
 
Alwyna, a student of a private college in the city, had left to attend a camp in Pakshikere on Monday. She did not return home and search efforts have been futile so far.
 
She can speak Kannada, Tulu, English, Hindi, and Konkani. Alywna has a black mole on her left cheek and a rosary around her neck. She was wearing a purple ‘salwar’. She is 5’ 1” tall. Anyone who might have seen her are requested to report it at 0824 2220803 (police commissioner) or 0824 2466269 (Ullal SI).
