Mangaluru: SJEC men’s, women’s chess team secures winners, runner-up trophies

Mangaluru, Jul 23: St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC) men's chess team has secured winner’s trophy and SJEC women's chess team secured runner up trophy in VTU Rest of Bengaluru Division Chess Championship held at SJMIT, Chitradurga on July 15 and 16.

It took place under the guidance of physical education director (PED), Vaneesha V Rodrigues and assistant PED, Sudheer M.

The management of SJEC has congratulated the entire team and the physical education directors for this overwhelming achievement.
