Udupi, Nov 23: Dr K K Kalkura, retired district health and family welfare officer, was elected chairman of the Red Cross finance sub-committee during the first meeting that was held as per the instructions of state Red Cross after the sub-committees were formed. The meeting was presided over by deputy commissioner Dr Reju.
The excise deputy commissioner, district public instruction officer, deputy controller of co-operative societies, district health and family welfare officer, RTO Nagaratna, T Chandrashekar (committee members), and K Ramachandra Devadiga (secretary) were presnt stated the media release issued by the Red Cross.
