Udupi: CITU Protestors Picket Town Council Office

Udupi, Nov 30: The landless people residing within the limits of the town council, supported by CITU members, picketed the office block urging authorities to issue title deeds to their dwellings on Tuesday November 29.
 
The protesters condemned the police action against CITU for undertaking fundraisers in order to take up the cause of the landless people.  The action was taken on the instructions of town councilor and district-in-charge minister Dr V S Acharya.

 
Vishwanat Rai, K Shankar, Dasa Bhandary, Vittal Poojary, and Dogu Suvarna were present on the occasion.
