Kasargod: Honour for Sri Gopalakrishna Yakshagana Bombeyata’s K V Ramesh

Kasargod, Dec 2: “Sri Gopalakrishna Yakshagana Bombeyata Sangha has taken the puppet show that depicts the heroic art Yakshagana, of coastal Karnataka, overseas.  K V Ramesh, the director and promoter of the Bombeyata Sangha deserves appreciation for his service,” said Swami Gurudevanand of Odiyoor Mutt.

Swami Gurudevanand was speaking after conferring the title of ‘Yakshaputtali Kalatilaka’ on K V Ramesh during a function held here, recently.

Gurudev Kannada Medium High School headmaster Amei Krishna Bhat presided over the programme.
Matanandamayee was also present on the occasion. M V Bhat compered the programme.
