Keep Fit Dubai - Largest Fitness Campaign on Dec 16

Dubai, Dec 15: Dubai Police Sports Affairs Department, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Sports and Physical Fitness Program will organize the largest fitness campaign dedicated to ‘Healthy Living’ under the slogan ‘Keep Fit Dubai’ on Friday December 16.

The campaign will be conducted at Dubai Police Stadium, Al Garhoud from 3.30pm to 6.30 pm.

Aims and objective of the event

It is an opportunity to propose solutions and to campaign for a healthy and less-stressed lifestyle. The event will generate a movement that stimulates collective responsibility and action with the purpose of this event being to motivate & attract the whole community to adopt a healthy life style.

The causes of health problems in the region both physical as well as mental are very much due to the lack of physical activity at nursery, school, work and home plus in-general poor eating habits. It is a dedicated joint effort to weight management and healthy living and to raise awareness in journey to providing a healthier lifestyle for the people living in the U.A.E.

The event will be open to people of all age groups. Full crowd participation will be enabled in all activities. Categories will include all kinds’ sports and physical fitness routines.

Booths will be equipped with free BMI, nutrition counter, free assessments, free medical check, fun challenge and fitness test.

Participation in the campaign is absolutely free of cost. The organizations and participants need to confirm the number of participation as soon as possible in order to obtain the t-shirts, caps and bags. Organization supporting in large numbers will be awarded
