Mangalore: Milagres School Wins KSCA-DELL Inter-School Cricket Tournament

Mangalore, Dec 21: Milagres School won the finals of Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), Mangalore Zone’s district level KSCA-DELL cricket tournament in the finals played here at Nehru Maidan recently.

Milagres School amassed a score of 168 in 39.2 overs. Hithesh Raj Scored a high 66 runs, Savan scored 23, and Ruthwik scored 26 and clinched 4 wickets for the team. Jithesh scored 34 and picked 2 wickets.

Chasing the target set by Milagres School Canara School, Urwa scored 137 for 10 in 39.5 overs. Sureen and Shangik scored 29 and 24 runs respectively. Muhammed Zaki scored 9 and picked 5 wickets.

Milagres team won the finals of the tourney by a handsome 31 runs.

The inter-district matches will be scheduled in January 2012.
