Udupi: ‘JPS Digital National Salon 2011’ Awards for Astro Mohan, Santosh Kundeshwar

Udupi, Dec 24: Astro Mohan, photojournalist of Kannada daily ‘Udayavani’, and nature photographer Santosh Kundeshwar of Kundapur, have won awards in the first ‘JPS Digital National Salon 2011’, organized by Jodhana Photojournalist Society, Jodhpur.

Santosh Kundeshwar’s ‘Again Bat’ won the second place in the nature category and Astro Mohan's ‘Son of the Soil’ picture won the third place in the photojournalism section.


Two hundred and forty participants had sent 2,700 images for the competition.
