Beltangady, Jan 5: “Cleanliness and hygiene contributes to healthy living, such thoughts if one puts into practice that would lead to good life,” said D Harshendra Kumar, trustee, Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala.
Harshendra Kumar was speaking after handing over 101 individual toilets that were constructed jointly by Dharmasthala gram panchayat and Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP) in the neighbourhood of Dharmasthala.
Dharmasthala gram panchayat president D Prabhakar Poojary presided over the programme.
Dakshina Kannada ZP vice-president Dhanalxmi, TP president Mamata M Shetty, L H Manjunat, and N R Udupa were present on the occasion.
