Bhatkal: First Annual Sports Meet Held at Ali Public School

Bhatkal, Jan 5: The first annual sports meet of Ali Public School (APS) was held here at the school campus on Wednesday January 4.

The programme commenced with recitation of Quran.

Chief guest and tahsildar Madukeshwar in his addressed said that he had never seen a peace full programme by kids before and congratulated all the teachers for nurturing such good discipline in small kids.

DySP M Narayan in his address praised the school for its quality education the modern facilities provided by the school.

General Secretary of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Abdul Raheem Jukaku in his address appreciated the teachers and students.

Several sports events were organized for students including running race, relay, potato race and memory test race. Winners who secured first, second and third places were awarded with gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.

Maulana Ilyas Nadvi, owner of APS welcomed the gathering and briefed about the facilities available in the school.

Abdul Hameed Damudi and Sayeed Damudi were present among others.
