Mangalore: Blood Donation Camp Held at Infant Jesus Shrine

Mangalore, Jan 12: In view of the annual feast of Infant Jesus, the Carmelites at the Infant Jesus Shrine, Bikarnakatte, here, organized a blood donation camp on Thursday January 12 in collaboration with Fr Muller’s Charitable Institutions.

The camp commenced at 9 am and was carried out until 1 pm. About 80 units of blood were collected by noon.

More than 100 people came forward to donate blood at the event.

The annual fest of Infant Jesus will be celebrated on Saturday January 14.
