Bahrain, Mar 4: The Karnataka Social Club Bahrain, under the leadership of president Anand Lobo, inaugurated Kudlothsava 2025, a celebration of sports and cultural events, with a volleyball tournament on February 28 at Al Nazma Club, Zufair. The tournament, which featured both men's and women's teams, saw enthusiastic participation from the Kudla community in Bahrain.
The event began at 8:30 am, with all participating Kannada teams arriving early to prepare for the competition. A large number of spectators gathered to cheer for their teams, creating an energetic and competitive atmosphere. Kudlothsava 2025 aimed to foster unity and showcase the rich culture of the Kudla community in Bahrain.

The winners and runners-up were honored with Kudlothsava 2025 Volleyball trophies and prize money. Individual players who delivered outstanding performances were also recognized.
Speaking on the occasion, Anand Lobo thanked the coordinators, sponsors, and everyone who contributed to the success of the event. He also acknowledged the referees Alwyn, Vinay, and Melwin, as well as the line judges and scorers, for their efforts in ensuring a smooth tournament.
A special appreciation memento was presented to Melwyn Dantis for his dedication and significant contributions to the volleyball event.
Upcoming events
The excitement continues with the Kudlothsava Cricket Tournament 2025, scheduled for March 7, featuring both men's and women's teams. Several other cultural and sporting events are also lined up as part of the celebrations.
With Kudlothsava 2025 in full swing, the festival has become the most talked-about event in Bahrain, bringing the Kudla community together in a spirit of camaraderie and celebration.
