Mangaluru, Mar 19: St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC) women’s athletics team has secured various trophies in 26th VTU State level athletic meet 2024-25 organised by JNNCE, Shivamogga from March 15 to 18 under the guidance of Physical Education Director (PED), Vaneesha V Rodrigues and assistant PED, Sudheer M.
Pranamya Shetty I year MCA secured first place in javelin throw, Anagha KA, I year CSE secured first place in 400 metres Hurdles, Thanvi S, I year ECE secured third place in 800 metres, Kushi Saliyan II-year ECE secured first place with New Meet Record by covering the distance of 36.71 metres in hammer throw and Sushritha III year ECE secured third place in 200 metres.
The management of SJEC has congratulated the entire team and the physical education directors for this overwhelming achievement.
