Bengaluru, Jul 8: Dolci, a trailblazer in bringing European café culture to India, has further solidified its presence in Bengaluru with the grand opening of its third outlet on New BEL Road. This follows the success of its flagship café on Cunningham Road and a premium outlet on Lavelle Road, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s ambitious expansion journey.

Founded in 2008 by Le Cordon Bleu alumnus Shipra Kumar, Dolci has redefined Bengaluru’s dining scene with its blend of European culinary finesse and warm Indian hospitality. Under the leadership of Balaji M, co-founder, executive director and CEO, and with the backing of the Colaco and Kumar families as promoters, Dolci is on a mission to establish 50 outlets across India.

The Cunningham Road flagship was inaugurated by Dr Aarthi Krishna, followed by the Lavelle Road outlet earlier on March 31, graced by distinguished guests, including deputy CM of Karnataka D K Shivakumar, member of parliament P C Mohan and MLA Harris. The latest New BEL Road café, opened on July 1, was launched by members of the Colaco and Kumar families alongside Krishna, signalling Dolci’s strategic foray into North Bengaluru.

Each Dolci outlet captivates with its Santorini-inspired design and open kitchen, creating an immersive dining experience that marries aesthetic elegance with culinary artistry. The menu showcases handcrafted European delicacies, artisanal pastries, and farm-fresh dishes made with GMO-free ingredients and free-range eggs, reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality.

Dolci’s artisanal beverage programme steals the spotlight with innovative offerings like the popcorn latte and caramel island espresso, complemented by European-style espresso drinks, Blue Pea tea, and vibrant smoothies. Catering to diverse preferences, the café offers milk alternatives such as A2 cow milk, soy milk, and almond milk.

“Dolci is more than a café—it is a celebration of European culinary heritage infused with Indian warmth,” said Balaji M, CEO of Dolci. “Our expansion into New BEL Road is a testament to our vision of creating memorable dining experiences for communities across Bengaluru and beyond.”

With its sophisticated ambiance, innovative menu, and exceptional service, Dolci is poised to shape the future of India’s premium café culture, resonating with millennials and Gen Z alike. As the brand continues its nationwide expansion, it remains committed to delivering unparalleled quality and creativity to every guest.
