Mangaluru, Jul 11: CREDAI Mangalore is proud to announce that D B Mehta has been elected as the president elect of CREDAI Karnataka for the term 2025-27.

He will automatically assume charge as the president of CREDAI Karnataka for the subsequent term 2027–29.

Mehta is a highly respected and accomplished leader in the real estate sector, known for his strategic vision and longstanding commitment to industry growth and transparency.

He previously served as the president of CREDAI Mangalore for two consecutive terms from 2015 to 2019, during which he played a pivotal role in strengthening the association’s presence, driving policy dialogue, and promoting responsible real estate development in the coastal region.

In addition to his industry leadership, Mehta brings with him extensive administrative experience as a former officer of the Indian Revenue Service (IRS). His strong governance background, combined with deep industry insight, uniquely positions him to lead CREDAI Karnataka through a period of policy transformation and sustainable development.

His elevation to the state leadership comes as a moment of pride not just for CREDAI Mangalore, but for the entire Dakshina Kannada region.
