The video, shared by Instagram page @btownwire, shows the man accusing the staff member of being inappropriate after allegedly calling his wife "beautiful." The confrontation escalates as the customer angrily demands an explanation, saying, “Don’t call my wife beautiful... you said she is beautiful.” The employee tries to diffuse the situation, clarifying, “I said you are looking so good,” but the explanation only further fuels the customer’s anger.

What caused widespread outrage, however, was the man’s statement: “This is not India,” which many netizens have called xenophobic and culturally insensitive. The remark has drawn criticism from across communities, with several calling it unnecessary and offensive.
