New Delhi, Sep 23: Volvo has officially launched the EX30 electric SUV in India, marking it as the most affordable model from the brand in the country, with an introductory ex-showroom price of Rs 41 lakh. A festive season offer allows pre-reserved buyers to get it at Rs 39.99 lakh if booked before October 19, 2025.

The EX30 reflects Volvo’s signature design language, featuring a closed-off grille, slim LED headlights, Thor’s Hammer daytime running lights, pixelated rear lights, and aerodynamic wheels designed specifically for electric vehicles. The charging port is located on the rear left quarter panel.

Inside, the SUV boasts a minimalist Swedish interior with a 12.3-inch vertical infotainment screen running on a Google-based system, alongside wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The dashboard offers a streamlined driver interface, redesigned steering wheel, and minimalistic layout. Advanced safety features include a 360-degree camera, multiple airbags, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) like lane-keeping assist and adaptive cruise control.

Built on Geely’s SEA platform, the Indian-spec EX30 comes with a 69 kWh battery pack delivering a range of 480 km (WLTP cycle) on a single charge. It is powered by a single motor generating 272 hp and 343 Nm of torque, allowing 0-100 km/h acceleration in 5.3 seconds and a top speed of 180 km/h.
